Terms and conditions for the supply of goods through kayashijewels.com. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Kayashi Jewels (under the parent entity YAHVI JAKHODIA, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing your order with us, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

1. GENERAL & SERVICE AVAILABILITY

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Site by the User. By using this Site, the User agrees to comply with all of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS hereof. The User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password(s), if any.

The Company shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use. Access to the Site may be interrupted or suspended from time to time for routine maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" (including minors under 18 years) are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor, any purchase or sale must be made by your legal guardian or parents who are registered users.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT & INFORMATION

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules 2011, you shall not host, display, or share any information that:

Belongs to another person or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
Is defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful.
Contains software viruses or threatens the unity and integrity of India.

4. PRICING & BILLING

Pricing: While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.
GST: All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Fee: We charge a flat rate of ₹150 for domestic shipping across India.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Delivery: We ship across India; however, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking: You will be notified once your order is dispatched with tracking details.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please email us at Sales.kayashi@gmail.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Order Number]". Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. DEFECTIVE ITEMS & DAMAGE

All products undergo strict quality checks before packing. In the rare event of transit damage:

Requests/Issues must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9873901022 or +91 8506020402 with photos/videos of the damaged item.
Upon verification, we will assist you with a replacement.

8. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Timeline: Requests for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
Address for Returns: Kayashi Enterprises, M-26, Badli Industrial Area, Phase-1, Near Telephone Exchange, Delhi-110042.
Exclusions: For hygiene and business reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items sold during a Sale or custom-made pieces, unless they arrive damaged.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of this website, including all designs, photographs, logos, and the name Kayashi Jewels, is the sole property of Kayashi Enterprises. You may not publish, distribute, or reproduce any content for commercial use without our express written consent.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
