RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and inspect every piece before dispatch.

Returns :

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing photos or videos are required for verification

Exchanges :

  • Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to stock availability

  • Customised jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange

Jewellery must be unused and returned in original packaging to qualify.
